Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll-Ups are a delicious, low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, made easy with turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and bell peppers and sauté until soft.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Lay out turkey bacon slices, spread with the cream cheese mixture, and top with sautéed veggies and shredded cheese.
  5. Roll up the bacon and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
