  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
  3. Mix in garlic powder and black pepper.
  4. Lay out a slice of turkey bacon, place some of the sautéed mixture and provolone cheese on top, and roll up tightly.
  5. Place roll-ups seam side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding mushrooms to the filling.
