- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Mix in garlic powder and black pepper.
- Lay out a slice of turkey bacon, place some of the sautéed mixture and provolone cheese on top, and roll up tightly.
