These Kicked Up Creole Sausage Balls are a delicious twist on a classic snack, combining beef and turkey bacon for a flavorful treat.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, finely chopped turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
