- 1 cup lentils
- 1 cup rice
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook lentils and rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add cooked lentils, rice, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Carefully peel cabbage leaves and fill each leaf with the lentil mixture.
- Roll up each leaf tightly and place seam side down in a baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
