- 1 cup lentils
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt to taste

- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
