- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, boil cauliflower and broccoli until tender.
- Drain and mix in cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Stir in crumbled turkey bacon and green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
