A creamy and cheesy casserole loaded with turkey bacon and topped with delicious ingredients.

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil cauliflower and broccoli until tender.
  3. Drain and mix in cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Stir in crumbled turkey bacon and green onions.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of cheese to your preference.
  • For a spicy kick, add some red pepper flakes.
