A delicious and healthy take on a classic casserole, featuring loaded cauliflower, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked cauliflower, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
