1 large head of cauliflower
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked cauliflower, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
