12 ounces elbow macaroni
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups salsa
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese
2 cups bell peppers, diced
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning and salsa; simmer for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, sour cream, beef mixture, and half of the cheese.
Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bell peppers.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
