  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.
  5. Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. In the same skillet, add hoisin sauce and combine. Serve the meatballs with the sauce drizzled on top.
