Delicious one pot creamy sun-dried tomato pasta that is easy to make and loaded with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add diced turkey bacon. Cook until crispy.
  2. Add sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for a couple of minutes.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Once pasta is cooked, stir in heavy cream and garlic powder.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, you can omit the turkey bacon.
