A delicious twist on a classic Italian dish, our bucatini carbonara is made with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a light yet satisfying meal.

  • 12 ounces bucatini pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bucatini pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then add the minced garlic and chicken ham.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with bacon and ham, removing from heat.
  5. Quickly stir in the egg and cheese mixture, allowing the residual heat to thicken the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
