- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups assorted vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

- Stir in cooked pasta, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
