  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 bulb roasted garlic
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix milk, cream, roasted garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the layered potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle cheese and turkey bacon on top.
  6. Dot with butter and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
