A delicious and quick recipe for stuffed potato cakes using turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender.
  2. Mash the potatoes in a large bowl.
  3. Add chopped turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, cheese, egg, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
