1 package Ritz crackers
1 cup salted caramel sauce
2 cups whipped cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with a layer of Ritz crackers.
Spread a generous layer of salted caramel sauce over the crackers.
Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the caramel.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top layer.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For an extra crunch, add additional chopped nuts in between layers.
This dessert can be made a day in advance for best flavor.
