A delightful treat that combines the flavors of salted sugar cookies with the classic s’mores experience.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt before baking.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool on pans for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding a drizzle of melted chocolate on top.
  • Make sure not to overbake them for a soft center.
