  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add chicken ham, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add chicken broth, thyme, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in spinach and cooked turkey bacon. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add herbs like parsley or bay leaves.
  • Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon.
