- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups baby potatoes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
