- 3 pounds pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, combine cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture over the pork.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
- Pour orange juice and lime juice over the top.
