  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate Ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in chopped Snickers bars into the batter.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool completely before frosting.
  8. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Frost each cupcake.
  9. Drizzle chocolate ganache over the frosted cupcakes.
