  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the green beans and chicken ham to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until green beans are tender, about 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in the chopped turkey bacon just before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice before serving.
  • Feel free to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if desired.
