  • 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, and turkey bacon.
