Spinach and artichoke stuffed soft pretzels are the perfect combination of flavors and textures. These delightful treats are easy to make and sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
  • kosher salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach and artichoke mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over to form a triangle and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with kosher salt.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • These pretzels can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
