1 cup fresh spinach
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 package refrigerated pizza dough
1 egg, beaten for egg wash
kosher salt for topping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Roll out the pizza dough and cut into squares.
Place a spoonful of the spinach and artichoke mixture in the center of each square.
Fold the dough over to form a triangle and seal the edges.
Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with kosher salt.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier version, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the filling.
These pretzels can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
