  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then pierce them with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes directly on the oven rack for about 45 minutes or until tender.
  4. Once the potatoes are cooked, let them cool slightly, then cut them open.
  5. In a bowl, mix the chopped turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, taco seasoning, and salsa.
  6. Stuff the mixture into each baked potato.
  7. Return the stuffed potatoes to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, until everything is heated through and the cheese is melted.
