  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add diced turkey bacon. Cook until crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
