  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and stir in flour to create a roux.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  5. Add in the cheese, black pepper, and salt, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Combine the macaroni, chicken ham, and turkey bacon with the cheese sauce, mixing well.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
