A delicious and creamy twist on classic banana pudding using Biscoff cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie crumbs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large bananas, sliced
  • 1/3 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch, and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and Biscoff spread until smooth.
  3. In a trifle dish, layer half of the cookie crumbs, half of the banana slices, and half of the pudding mixture.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving to let the flavors meld.
