  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler to high.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, paprika, and salt. Remove from heat.
  4. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting the top shell down the center and pulling the meat out slightly.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat-side up, and brush with garlic lemon butter.
  6. Broil the lobster tails for about 5-7 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with extra garlic lemon butter on the side.
