- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cut baby potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- While the potatoes are baking, slice the smoked sausage.
