  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in boiling water until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
