A delicious and creamy pasta dish with a kick of Cajun spices and crispy turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add turkey bacon. Cook until crispy.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet, seasoning with Cajun spices, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  4. Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper; sauté until vegetables are tender.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
  6. Combine the cooked fettuccine with the sauce and toss to combine.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute regular bacon if preferred.
