  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
  3. Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  5. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Stir in the turkey bacon and fresh herbs, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
