- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
