  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add in the chopped spinach, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie pan.
