- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups salsa
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups shredded cheese (Mexican blend)
- 6 flour tortillas
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, salsa, and cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer three tortillas on the bottom, then half of the chicken mixture, followed by a sprinkle of cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with three tortillas and remaining cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
