1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
1 cup grape jelly
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, turkey bacon, chicken ham, grape jelly, barbecue sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve warm with extra grape jelly and barbecue sauce if desired.
Notes
For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the mixture.
You can use meat substitutes for a vegetarian option.
