- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 ounces) refried beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the refried beans, salsa, cumin, and garlic powder to the beef. Stir to combine and cook until heated through.
- In another skillet, warm the tortillas to make them pliable.
- Spoon some of the beef mixture onto each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and roll them up. Place in a baking dish.
