A delightful Korean dish that combines fluffy rice with eggs and savory turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Remove the bacon and set aside, then scramble the eggs in the same skillet.
  3. Add the cooked rice to the eggs along with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  4. Stir to combine, then add the cooked turkey bacon and green onions.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add gochujang or chopped chili peppers.
