  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or panini press to medium heat.
  2. Spread pesto and mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer turkey bacon, chicken ham, and provolone cheese on top of the unspread side of two slices.
  4. Top with the other slices of bread, spread side up.
  5. Brush the outside of the sandwiches with olive oil.
  6. Grill the sandwiches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add fresh basil or spinach to the sandwich.
  • Experiment with different cheeses for varied taste.
