A delicious twist on the classic Caesar salad featuring kale and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 cups chopped kale
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped kale and Caesar dressing. Toss to coat.
  3. Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
  4. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop and add to the pasta salad.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and black pepper on top before serving.
