1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, onions)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger to make the marinade.
Add the sliced steak to the marinade and let it soak for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a grill or skillet over high heat and cook the marinated steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
In the same pan, stir-fry the mixed vegetables for 2-3 minutes until tender.
