- 12 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 additional Oreo cookies, crushed
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cupcake liners in a cupcake pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix well.
