Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the ricotta mixture until fully combined.
