  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the smoked sausage over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced bell pepper and onion, cooking until softened.
