  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan, chop, and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook ground turkey until browned.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Top with chopped turkey bacon and provolone cheese; allow to melt.
  6. Serve on sandwich rolls.
