A delicious twist on a classic carbonara dish, featuring shrimp, turkey bacon, and chicken ham for added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add garlic and shrimp to the skillet, cooking until shrimp are pink.
  4. Stir in chicken ham and cooked spaghetti.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese; add to the skillet and toss quickly to coat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
