Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, oats, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan evenly.
  4. Slice the peaches and arrange them on top of the crust.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  6. Let it cool before serving.
