Delicious and comforting white chicken chili featuring a unique twist with turkey bacon, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (4 oz) green chilies
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add crumbled turkey bacon and mix well.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken, white beans, green chilies, cumin, chili powder, and corn.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Reduce heat to low, and stir in sour cream until fully combined.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
